So all the aux wires are run through the fuse box, correct? Just asking to make sure I won't need an inline fuse for my CB if I wire it to the "direct to battery" wires in the aux bundle.

Yes, the AUX switches are fused. 2x 40 Amps and 2x 15 Amps
