V41 Recall

Got the letter yesterday for recalling service under notice V41. Today I stop-by dealer to book appointment, they said FCA has not been updated this recall to my car profile. What should I do now? This is super weird that customer gets recall notice earlier than dealer .

When you go into Jeep Wave, does the recall show up?

If the letter you have has your VIN on it, it is a dealership problem. They need to take care of this. If not, then contact @JeepCares to help the dealer find the information.

Typical, dealers trying to weasel their way out of warranty work.

Yes, there is VIN number on the letter. Unfortunately, dealer said come back a few weeks after to check if the recall information shows up.
