For more than 3 weeks I am trying to schedule an appointment for the V41 recall. But dealers do not have parts (Northern Nevada). I just receive reminders thought the app that I should do the recall as soon as possible. Believe me, I try... What's wrong? Does anyone else have the same issues? @JeepCares

When I called I was told part had to be ordered and that it would take about 3 weeks to get the part and then I would get a call and have to set up a service appointment at that time. I has been 2 weeks....still waiting for the part to come in.

In SoCal, Riverside. Made appointment last week, installed today. Service rep casually mentioned that 3 other Jeeps were in the shop for the same replacement. Does not seem to be any shortage here.

Buy it from moparpartsgiant, only $37 shipped. Have the dealer install it, then send in for a reimbursement through FCA.

Hmm, that site only goes up to 2017 models and doesn't understand my 2019 VIN.

Well... If you read the documentation, the V41 campaign repairs an issue that effects vehicles at under 40°F.

So there's some time before you get to those temps.

LOL

Unfortunately, there is no time. We had first snow 2 days ago on Mt Rose highway and temperatures go regularly under 40 not only on the mountain passes but also down here in the valley at night. And this is the reason why I would like to do the recall now.

After driving my jeep for 30k miles, I got used to the loose steering but I didn't like how the jeep jumped around after hitting bumpy roads at highway speeds. After installing the fox stabilizer, it help keep the jeep planted to the ground. BUT, what I installed was the ATS which has 25 adjustments going from loose to tight. So I can adjust it to my liking, hence why I can't really say anything about the regular fox stabilizer.

The good thing about the ATS fox stabilizer is the adjustability. The bad thing is the price. Luckily, Jeep reimbursed me for it.

Yeah it was easy. You reuse existing hardware. You may have some issue reaching the two top bolts on the axle bracket, but you can lift the passenger side of the Jeep with a jack and that'll give you clearance to reach them. PM me if you need any help installing it!

No problem here in Nashville. As soon as I got the notification of the recall I called the dealership (Friday) and had an appointment for the following Monday to have it done.
