Ok, im told that must get this done first, then they do the next steps. I had mine installed incorrectly ,so i kept complaining.
They replaced the track bar and also found that the alignment adjustments parameters had been set up for a 2 door.
I have no idea what that entailed. But they did the adjustments for my sahara 4 door.
Keep the faith ,they will get it!

I waited 3 hours at the dealer to get an oil change, V41 recall and radio issue looked at. In that time, they only accomplished the oil change. The V41 takes 10mins TOPS, but they just didn't have the time. I asked for the part because I've installed 1/2 dozen of these things myself already on other Jeeps but they wouldn't give it to me.

I really hate dealing with these service centers. I have to take our fleet vehicles there from time to time and it's always a full 8hr day for me (paid, of course!). They're nice people, but I think they are overwhelmed with issues from all the Brands, from Jeep to Dodge and Chrysler. They're doing too much. Because of that, service severely suffers.

It's done now, after 3 months and another oil change. As far as steering goes, meh, I can't tell.

I just had the V41 work done, and noticed the first indication of death wobble when I hit a bump this morning. I was only going 45, so it smoothed itself out, but this is the first time it's ever had any little bit of death wobble.

I confirmed the stabilizer was installed correctly, so I'm starting to think that the new stiffer stabilizer is transferring more shock to the track bar than it was before. My 9/18 build date should have the updated track bar, so it's probably time to go aftermarket... (suspension & tires are OEM JLR, with Mopar lift LCAs).

Yep my guess is that if the oil return path is at the top then any air that is in sitting in the top of the hydraulic housing will mess up the damping effect. The stabilizer relies on the viscosity of the oil passing over the internal piston head as it moves from side to side to slow the effects of any vibrations or sudden impacts. If there's a big enough bubble of air in the top of the chamber (unlikely that the manufacturer will have managed to bleed all of the air out) then this bubble will pass across the piston head much easier than the oil and the damper will be compromised.

Might explain why we're seeing reports of DW on vehicles with the stabilizer installed upside down where they had no DW before the V41 recall. I immediately knew there was a problem with the new damper after my V41 install as the steering felt a lot looser on the drive away from the workshop.
Yes exactly and bulletin says if it's installed incorrectly and drivin the entire unit must be replaced! Guess it burps and damages it.
