Yes!, but as your pix shows the right part of upper assemby could be rotated. Then the arrow would point to front of jeep.
It really should be replaced and a new one installed per fca themselves as it could damage that one rendering it useless.
I think simply remove and reinstall is what is causing all these attitional complaints.

They installed 6 on mine, did they go back into stock? The tech did notice it was best with the AD unit as they kept putting the AE unit on upsides down. Ugh

Here is pic of passage highlighting the pod that should be towards the road, regardless of any stickers.

I just picked up my Jeep today for the recall and it was installed incorrectly. I checked before pulling out of the lot and went back in and told them. They had the tech come out and take a look. He brought it back in and fixed it.

I will say I never thought I had an issue until I drove the loaner they gave me. That one just drove so much better and smoother. Now with the stabilizer replaced and installed correctly it drives as it should.

Were they apologetic? I just got treated like I was being a pain in the ass.

Eh not really apologetic, but it’s not like they just waved me off either. The service advisor pulled up the recall write up and said it didn’t look like it could be installed incorrectly to him, but he’d have the tech come out. The tech took a look and said it was right. I pointed to the sticker with the arrow pointing the wrong way and then pointed that the passage was facing the wrong way. 15min later the tech came back around and said it was all set, I confirmed and thanked him and was on my way.

The dealer just did my recall. I picked up the jeep yesterday and noticed the arrow was pointing towards the back. I asked the service writer and showed him my concern. He left and came back with the mechanic a few minutes later. The mechanic said the sticker was wrong and if he turned it over it would cause DW. He said they have been fixing the problem by putting the stabilizers on like this.

By fca own admission on a factory install video. Installed incorrectly may damage it and a new one must be installed. Its a gravity oil passage to equalize oils and pressures. If pod is up it sucks air. I had 6 installed. Then i showed the dealer the bulletin. Got it hanging pod down.
At the dealer all the other jeeps had pod down. I took pix of those too!

I suggest you find a new service department.

Looks ok, there also is a green dot of paint to help clarify its installation.
Looks good. If you zoom in you can see the oil passage hanging towards the road!
Should really like the steering play. Make sure you check tire pressure.

Thans for the help buddy. I got it done today and it does feel different, just not sure if better yet. Need a couple more drives to tell.

I am going to try to get the track bars replaced next time im at the dealer too.
