I would guess that if the Jeep will charge at 32 amps normally in 2 hours then it would take a little less than 3 hours at 24 amps. Still way better than $2500. 24 amps X 240 volt= about 5.76 KW an hour vs 7.68 KW an hour for the 32 amps. They do slow down a little when topping off the battery. Also not 100% efficient so numbers will be a little less .

I was lucky in the fact that I am pretty good electrically and my panel was on the opposite wall outside my garage. Cost me about $50 in parts to install a 50 amp outlet. Have a very nice charger what I don't have is a Jeep yet. Hopefully soon.
