I'm installing a TeraFlex 1.5" spacer lift (rear spacers are 1.5" while front spacers are 2" to even the rake) with TeraFlex 2" shock extensions on Rubicon shocks. Will I run into any issues since the rear shock height will be 0.5" too long compared to the rear spacers? I know shocks that are too long can cause problems, but I'm not sure if that applies here.

OR would I be better off forgoing the shock extensions?

You should be okay. just check your sway links and make sure they don't flip on you at full droop. I did the 1.5 on my 2 door (1" front and 1.5" rear) and mine don't look great at full flex. Complete 3.5" in the works
