Do you mind sharing residual and money factor rates? I need to find a dealer willing to lease these. Most shrug me off.
Mf was .0015
Its a 4 year lease so residual is 53.8%

Anyone know what FFP, & EP on order forms stands for. I also see HB ( hold back) of $1,507. Wondering if they share that within deal? thanks.

FFP is friends and family pricing [1% below invoice]
EP is employee pricing [have to actually work for FCA] and is like 4.5% below invoice
HB is percentage amount of invoice dealership gets as cost to own vehicle
If you are conversing with any of the recommended dealers who do 5-8% below invoice, their pricing is lower than that FFP, EP and including holdback

It drives me bonkers all these huge swing in lease payments on a JLUR. I was hit at over 700 a month with 10k down

Now if I was at say $450 to $500 a month on a lease like yours I would probably take it with pretty much nothing down..as long as I new the exact payoff at end. The $695 Acq fee is high, and US bank screwed us on our last lease and charged a $1000 fee at the end of lease because we purchased it at the end, even though we financed it with them.
I think you can get at least another $1000 off MSRP. You at $5200 off.
My rubi lists for 54k and I was 7k off a build.

The problem I ran into was dealers offering high % off invoice, had high fees, then some had bumps on interest rate for lease. Chrysler you can't swap out, Ally has 8-9% interest rate. Therefore even if I did get a higher discount from others the lease payments were higher. I used a dealer recommended here on forums. However do you think this is a good deal? Leasing these are harder than car I ever tried; no transparency.

This sounds like a pretty good lease deal from what I have come across. How many miles/yr? I’m in NY also, what dealership?

Yep, that’s what they did to me. $7400 off, but the lease MF is .00275 62% residual on 48 mo term $3k down with US Bank. Not nearly as competitive as other dealerships with lower amounts off the MSRP. They will get you one way. I thinks the acquisition fee on my current lease is $543, they should waive that if you release another vehicle with the same lender. I am still working the deal and my build is KZ status. Thought I would have this figured out when I received my VIN.

Did you lease or buy? If you leased, would you mind sharing what deal you were able to make? Thanks

The lower discount dealers makeup money back on lease money factor and fees. If you need help to get a deal similar to mine. I can help set you up with my dealer. PM me. I got slightly less discount on invoice but rates and payment most important is less than dealers offering 8% below invoice.
