Good evening everyone
I own a rubicon currently with 4.88 gear and 37s, i was going yo throw more money on my front axle because i want to 39s or 40s (rcvs, brake upgrades, new gears) but just recently fount out that currie offers a semi float dana 60 and i can keep my wheels, my question is …can i still use my factory lockers switch with curries dana 60?

Pretty sure no one has gotten the factory switch working on aftermarket yet.

Yes I put a fusion 60 semi float with the z locker controller and it works perfectly with the OSM switches, just make sure you have your tazer updated to the latest firmware.

Sweet axle. This isn’t on their website? Was it a special order? Do you have the specs for this axle? Thanks

Thanks yes you’ll have to reach out to Dan via email for pricing I’m not sure what the cost is since everyone is raising prices.
The can make the width to your spec, it’s got 40 spline shafts and the Dana 60 gear set and an Eaton locker. 3.5 inch tubes and 1/4 inch brackets, it’s super beefy.

I just ordered Fusion 60 axles and am planning on using the Z-Locker controller to wire directly to the stock Rubicon locker switches in my JL. Surprisingly, there isn't a lot of feedback out there from people who are using them. Is it still working good for you?

It’s perfect lockers come right on and off much better than factory

Sorry, I'm confused. Are you saying zero problem lights or that the lights indicating the lockers are locked don't come on?
Zero issues everything works just like factory. You wouldn’t even know that there was an axle swap if not for the lockers engaging the second you flip the switch vs waiting like you do for the OEM
