Would like to know about the sold order protection as well. It's a pretty large gamble ordering one of these without getting some of the programs locked in with the build times as long as they are now.

Gotcha.

The reason I ask is because technically I do have an order in with another dealer, but it's only $2k under MSRP and it does have a VIN. It's in D status, though. So I've been trying to find ways to get the typically x% under invoice deal.

I have an $86k build. Proper under invoice deal would put me at like $74k. Certainly willing to lose my deposit to save that much. I don't mind PA delivery... that's better for me.
I had a 79k build at a local dealership but thankfully I stumbled across this post and managed to save money by going here instead...I plan on flying whenever it arrives and then driving back.

right now 4xe is open allocation...no delays right now
How about the regular Rubicon? Any delays? I'm looking to order a 2 door Rubicon with premium soft top, in either the 3.6 manual or 2.0T Auto. Would it be 5% under invoice out the door? I'm 1 hour 55 minutes north from your dealership.

At this point is it better to wait and order a 2022? I dont want to wait to long.

I believe it’s only 2022 now. I thought I read somewhere that it would be October. The pricing of their orders is worth the wait imo.

Can you still order 2021s? Or at this point is it better to wait for a 2022?
