Clearly I don’t know, but..
Look at the top corners of the windshield. There is a rubber seal that extends off it it. While up it points to rear of Jeep. Power top front “arms” would have to cover these to seal. You could probably get the windshield down, but trying to tuck those rubber seals back under the top would be virtually undoable. Plus no on knows how the front arms of the top attach. There might be an extra bolt at that same spot or a header bar that somehow interferes with lowering the windshield. Obviously the regular hard top gets around this by requiring removal of the freedom panels before lowering the windshield. Power top doesn’t appear to have any similar ability.
