It is difficult to judge the size of that part in your picture... and only a single view.... but, I think it is the female that a male panel clip pushes into and is secured by.Any idea where this goes? Found in back near the 12 volt outlet.

It's about an inch in size.It is difficult to judge the size of that part in your picture... and only a single view.... but, I think it is the female that a male panel clip pushes into and is secured by.
It's metal. Found it in the back near the 12 volt outlet (rear cargo floor). Inside a Jeep JL.Looks like one of those things that plug at the end of the seat tracks.
Is it plastic or metal? When and where did you find it? On the front area floor? On the rear cargo floor? Inside a Ford Bronco...?
Itās the keystone clip that holds the entire Jeep together. You better replace it quick.
So it must attach to the heater core, around which vehicles are built.Itās the keystone clip that holds the entire Jeep together. You better replace it quick.
Thank you @Philly_ , much appreciated.I agree with @jaymz. Looks like a panel clip. When I was running the coax for my GMRS antenna, there were a bunch of these holding the large panels in the cargo are to the tub; although, mine were a brass color.
Shouldnāt cause any trouble unless your trim panels are rattling. Hang onto it in case you ever remove one and you find itās home.
