Uneven front/rear load distribution. How do I fix rake with suspension?

Smittybilt defender part#45454JL. I got it on quadratec 50% sale for $200. The quality is ok as it only holds 150lb static load.

If overall height is a concern, maybe take the roof rack off? With only 150lbs static load limit, is it really providing you with use?
