Hello everyone,
I have a similar issue as many.
I own a 2018 JL with the 5” Uconnect system (no navigation).
For about three weeks it worked fine. For the past few days, every time I connect my iPhone and play music (or talk) it restarts every three minutes or so and resets to 12:00. Tried to reset but didn’t work. Error keeps happening. Entered my VIN at the uconnect website and it says it is up to date.
What do I do?!
There are no issues if I play music through Bluetooth. Tried both USB ports and I changed the lightning cables as well. Problem is still there...
