Unconnect 8.4" Issues

Anyone having problems with their radio or backup camera? I have the 8.4" screen. Got my Rubicon on June 1, about 2 weeks later, radio completely froze. No controls or touch screen working. Since then I have had random blue screen, including when in reverse, functional touch screen but no audio and functional audio with no touch screen. Siriusxm saves my favorites, and notifies me when one is playing, but when I open the favorites, it's empty. Have been to the dealer 4 times with this issue, and no fix. They keep telling me they're waiting for an update, which I was last told would be available August 15 (come and gone).

I had zero problems with it.... until today. For the first time my backup camera wouldn"t work. I had a blue screen that said, "back up camera unavailable." I turned off the Jeep then started it back up- same thing. Then I turned it off, got out so my phone proximity wouldn't keep the bluetooth sensor active, and locked the door in order to shut everything down. After about 30 seconds I got in, started it up and all was working fine

Push in the fuses in the fuse box by the battery.

This is a known problem. Happened to me. Search these forums. I think the update addresses it.

Dealer just contacted me stating Chrysler is still saying the update will be available 'soon'

Once, the screen stayed in backup camera mode... unfroze after restart
On occasion SiriusXM gives me a "Hold to Set" on all of my presets... browse channels fixes it.
Lately, phone audio goes silent on any media outside of Google Play (music app)... likely due to Android 9.0 (Pie)

Soft wear problem fixed by satellite which cleared all problems. Bulletin given to me from dealer .LOL

I would like to know the bulletin too. My JLU is currently at the dealer for this same problem and I just got a call from the advisor that they are waiting on an update from Chrysler.... @JeepCares why are some people getting this fixed and others are not?

Recieved an ota update on Saturday. Now have off-road pages, but now Uconnect is freezing and rebooting more often.

Are you still having issues? @JeepCares my JLR's Uconnect just died on me, first the system froze but when I restarted the Jeep it started up again. When I turned it off for about 30 minutes and tried to drive off again it completely died. Completely nonresponsive, just a black screen.

Issue has been ongoing for 5 months. Have been told to expect an ota update on several occasions. Mine freezes, then will reboot. Sometimes the backup camera will freeze, turning the screen blue. That one makes for hazardous night driving. I contacted FCA and was basically told to put up with it until they release an update, which as of October 23, they had no update to release.
