Okay so I need to get a feel on how many people are interested in my set up. It’s great for anyone who wants to run some 37’s!

So I currently have a Ultimate Dana 44 front axle and OEM rubicon rear. Both have 5.13 gears installed and both axles have e-lockers. I have made my own wire harness’s to activate the lockers that I can throw in there too. The rear has a motobilt diff cover for extra protection.

A set of Alcon brakes will come with it installed. The fronts are 6 piston and the rears are 4 piston.

I had to install a set of 3 link long arms from Rock Krawler so the brackets are still on there but the OEM brackets for the upper control arms are still there.

Finally a set of wheel spacers to clear the brake calipers since I was about 1-2mm from hitting them on my wheels.

I want to sell this as a complete kit and not separate anything. I’m located in the Dallas Texas area so if you want it shipped I can arrange that on the buyers expense.

What kind of wear are on the pads? Reason I ask is because a set of Alcon pads are in the 800.00 range for both axles.

I’ll check here in a bit! I installed them back in January of this year.
OK let me know. Because I’m gonna end up building something similar and I would just be nice to swap mine out. I have factory Rubicon’s with 480 eights currently

So I looked up all the prices for everything I have and it looks like it’s about $12k worth of stuff here! Before shipping and having someone install everything!

Ultimate Dana 44$4863
OEM Rubicon Dana rear axle$2513
Alcon brakes$3990
5.13 gears$231
Spidertrax 1.75” wheel spacers$150

Hello,

1) You mention the total cost for the build was 12K yet those look like new numbers and not numbers now that they are used, so what are you trying to get out of the set?

2) You say that you "had" to get a 3-link long arm kit why? I ask as I am running a 3" lift with 37's but not using a long arm kit, so trying to determine what the need was vs was this just a preference.

3) What wheels were you running, size, backspace, offset? Trying to again determine what possible adjustments might be needed.

Thank you

1) sorry I didn’t realize I didn’t put a price. I’m looking for about $8500 for everything.

2) I’m running a coil over system and with it being at about 4.5” lift and I didn’t like the fact that mid arms were gonna be enough adjustment with the amount of travel I was gonna get with the coil overs.

3) I was running Method MR312 wheels 17x8.5 +0 offset. The spacers were added because they just barley touched the caliper. With the spacer I was able to get proper clearance and give it a wider stance. I never had any issues with the spacers.
