Uconnect won't show vehicle data

I just purchased a 2018 Sahara with uConnect. I registered - says all is active and good - but when I select the "info" button it shows that it's refreshing....but then says "your vehicle data could not be retrieved". I've reinstalled the app and even tried to re-activate. Same result. Thoughts ?

Hello. Any resolution to this? I have the same issue. Just took delivery of my 2020 JLUR.

jeep parked in a garage maybe? I think uconnect works through the Sirius satellite antenna thingy. which doesn't always work in a garage.
