I had the same problem, your radio needs to be updated..The dealer did mine and it took 2 hours to do it.

I took my Jeep to the dealership today and they didnā€™t know how to fix it. They told me to call Uconnect for help. When I plug my phone in and try to use the GPS, it shows that Iā€™m in Ohio, when I live in california. The dealership tech plugged in his personal phone and it also showed that he was in Ohio. This has been going on since day one and I now have 5k miles.

This is what my sons dealer tried to pull on him. I was like Hell no. Call back and talk to someone else, he did and she was like yep no issue. Get with Jeep Cares and they can help as well. It seems like the dealers are REALLY behind and the techs /service writers are getting no info (kinda a crap shoot, cause my dealer seems to be on point)

Just dropped mine off at the dealer, and he said it either needs an update, or a new radio. He also said something that confused me; all updates are over the air now, and one went out 2 days ago. Another guy had dropped his off with the same issue. I donā€™t have GPS in my Jeep though, so Iā€™m not sure how mine would get an over the air update.

Jeep Cares was also extremely unhelpful. A gal contacted me the day before she went on vacation for a week and walked us through a soft reset. Once we did that it asked for a 4 digit anti theft code, which she didnā€™t give us. When I called back to get it, she was gone and the rep said there wasnā€™t anything anyone could do until the 29th when she was back because she was a manager or supervisor or something. I asked how Jeep Cares was 24/7 then, and he said ā€œI donā€™t know.ā€

Iā€™m hoping the dealer fixes it today and I can put this all behind me. Ugh!

I purchased my Jeep new on Thursday the 4th, used Carplay to take a trip to Yakima, WA on 4/5-4/7, and now it keeps saying I'm in Yakima. I love this vehicle, but this makes me sad! I have an appointment with the dealership next Friday, but it didn't sound like anything they had heard of before. Any advice?
Did the dealer solve your problem?

I have the exact same issue. 2018 JLUR, 7.4" uconnect.
Can you kindly let me know which TSB I need to refer to when I talk to the dealer?
