Jeep painted and built at least one Gecko colored Wrangler 3 months before everyone else got them. It could a be production evaluation run like the Gecko one was.Found this picture on the JT page. I take no credit.
CorrectGupton?
Heeeeyyyyyyy!I wonder if it's just us older guys who get the Tuscadero reference.
I’d say pink is IMPOSSIBLE to get right, if right means it looks good on a Jeep.I 100% agree. I have a few pink dress shirts and they look great. Same with purple. On a vehicle Pink is much harder to get right. Mary K may have ruined that. Depending on how dark it is, and how much metal-flake, or pearl will make all the difference.
also, nice to meet a fellow "Justin" Jeeper. not a lot of Justin's out there. all through school there were only 2 of us lol.
Amen. Wranglers are printing money as it is, bring on all the wacky colors Jeep can get away with. Break up the sea of boring ass black/silver/grey CUVs..Reminds me of the Challenger Panther Pink. Now who wouldn't take a 1970 Cuda painted pink?
I think it's great, not for me but there's too many dull vehicles with no soul running around.
Bring on fun different colors to break up the menotiny and some day they will be sought after.
Maybe naming it "Mary Ann" would have gotten a better reaction.oh how I miss the 70's & 80's
I would buy that in a heartbeat, especially in those dual colors (orange with blue accents would be ideal)!Maybe naming it "Mary Ann" would have gotten a better reaction.
… says the guy with the black HarleyReminds me of the Challenger Panther Pink. Now who wouldn't take a 1970 Cuda painted pink?
