August 26, 2021 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - With a nod to nostalgia and to honor those with a passionate spirit, the Jeep® brand is adding the bold, head-turning Tuscadero exterior paint color to 2021 Jeep Wrangler models.
The boisterous new Tuscadero, a deep and intense chromatic magenta, joins a lengthy lineup of vivid, special-run colors that add customization and appeal to the Jeep Wrangler with a special color palette straight from the factory. This is the first time Tuscadero is available on the Jeep Wrangler. Available on all Wrangler models, including Sport, Sahara, Rubicon, 4xe and 392, Tuscadero can be ordered now through November 2021.
“With the Jeep brand celebrating its 80th anniversary, it’s the perfect time to launch a confident and custom color on the most iconic Jeep vehicle – both of which are designed to break the mold and stand out on the road and trails,” said Jim Morrison, Vice President, Jeep Brand North America. “What’s unique about colors like Tuscadero is that they draw a huge enthusiast following because they’re exciting, authentic and stand out, much like the Jeep community.”
The Tuscadero exterior paint option is available for a limited time and is priced at a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $395.

It depends, I was able to change my order from Firecracker red to Tuscadero thanks to my dealer having a great relationship with his rep. Hopefully your dealers rep is understanding and goes the extra mile to get your order changed. In theory it shouldnt be an issue as long as they are still gathering your parts.
Ordered ours on 8/11 and told no Sky 1 touch, now showing on Jeep site with one. JC said yes can order with Sky 1. Just emailed dealer and asked if we could change. Already have VIN but still in D?
Im a guy and ordered it. I love how unique the color is with only a few other car companies offering pink it will be an oddity on the roads. You can order order a Porsche in rubystone but its like $10k plus for just the color and several years ago VW offered the Pink beetle but it was a pretty limited just like Tuscadero will be.Here are my predictions:
1. Every Tuscadero Wrangler Jeep builds will sell in short order.
2. Over half the buyers will be males.
3. It will have high resale value and with its short, limited paint run, it will be considered “rare.”
4. It is unlikely to be used as a paint color in the Wrangler model in the next 20 years.
5. Tuscadero will not, however, achieve the “coolness” status of Mojito!
I really hope they extend the color to the gladiator. I guess if they don’t I could get white or Grey and have it wrapped though.Im a guy and ordered it. Jeep’s web site representations are surprisingly inaccurateIt is strange that Jeep's promo shots for the color make it look way pinker than it is IRL. I imagine they've cost themselves some sales.
I will take this bet minus #5. Not a chance on the other 4.Here are my predictions:
