Tub Question

On the tub rim, where the bolts that secure the hard top are, can someone tell me exactly what is here, on the part of the rim closest to the front of the rig?



I want to say those two outer holes are non-threaded places to stick part of the soft top assembly into, but is that middle hole threaded?
