I'm having the same issues with my a/c system in my 2019 JLUR, & it has the MDH: 01-24-03
SO I THINK they've missed a couple dates.....we explained to our service specialist and they said something like (could not be repeated)
I wonder if thee dealers really want to actually help, or are they just interested in selling the vehicles. if I'm the one doing the research because the "pros" cant seem to understand what I'm saying / explaining. but 25 minuets on the web & looking at their bulletin I found what seems to be exactly the description of my JLUR issues... #Jeepcares should really get on these dealers for being lazy. IT MAY JUST effect future purchases of their Brand of vehicle,, I was also looking at purchasing a new RAM for myself and another 2 door Rubicon for my Daughter... now im getting a little gun shy, just knowing they may not be any help when I need them..,

I am having the same issue with the A/C among other issues. While in for my oil, filter and tire rotation, i mentioned this issue with the AC. They told me it was a flap that opens every so often to let in fresh air. Well today I called the service department today to tell them that the Uconnect/Assist button still does not work and that the A/C continues to get hot and getting worse. I told them about the TSB and he acted surprised. @JeepCares it goes back into the shop next week for the Uconnect issue and the A/C. @JeepCares , Service department said that they will have to have the jeep for a couple of days for the Uconnect issue to "take it to the next level" which is calling the factory and working with the specialists. Any help would be great.

I having the same issue with my 2018 Jl. Took it to the selling dealer who also did not know about the TSB. When told about the TSB the service writer gave my wife the 'dumb women treatment' but apparently did do the flash update. Two days later the air conditioner was blowing hot air again. I'm not going back to the selling dealer but a dealer with a customer first award.

Well I sent @JeepCares a private message as they requested on August 19, 2019. The issue is regarding the above AC problem along with not having UConnect/Assist since I purchased the Jeep in December of 2018. I guess they are really busy because I have not heard back from them. I have another appointment tomorrow, to address the AC, UConnect and no Off Road Pages. I will let y'all know how it goes.

I purchased my 2019 JL Aug 2 and noticed this right away. I took it in to local dealer and they did the flash but still getting the hot air blast coming from under the dash. It really stinks when it’s 90-100 degrees most of Aug, Sept, & Oct this year around here and I have a 40 minute commute so I get it going to and coming home from work. @JeepCares is there not anything else that can be done?

I own a 2020 2 door Black and Tan edition JL and I am experiencing the same issue. If I use the heat and later (even after turning off the engine and turning it back on later) decide to cook off the interior by doing the tempo down to 64-66 it will only blow out REALLY HOT air. If I further decrease the temp down to the lowest setting it will then get cold and I can progressively raise temp up without experiencing a blast furnace inn the face.

I have little faith in Jeep Cares. I had a terrible experience with them years ago. I ended up selling my JKU and nearly new Cherokee Trailhawk. Lost over $6,500 dollars on my Cherokee and lost my butt on my built Wrangler.

I bought an '18 Rubicon this year and have some of the typical issues like this one and the steering gear.

I called Jeep in regards to the steering gear TSB and the person i talked to obviously knows very little about Wranglers. He said they need to address the steering stabilizer issue first. I told him I have a $300 replacement on there and that has absolutely nothing to do with the steering gear. I got the run around and was basically told i need to do that first before they will look into my steering issue. I have zero interest in taking my wrangler back to the dealership i had previous issues with to have it sit on their lot for a week before they get around to it.

SOOO with that being said, as long as this is just a software issue, i dont mind the occasional BLAST of warm air through they system. it keeps me honest. Some JEEP things just never change.

Is it weird that I have never had this problem on my 2019? Does everyone experiencing this have the dual zone auto climate controls? I just have the dials.
