TSB 08-017-21 Radio Update Download?

I had this update put into my factory 5" radio but I also have the 7" radio with bugs described in the TSB. The dealer wont update the 7" because it is from another wrangler. Does anyone know of a way to download the USB file to do the update ourselves? I honestly dont care if I fry the 7" at this poiint because I would rather it work better or to replace it with something aftermarket.

Curious ..... did you ask the stealership how much they would charge you to apply that TSB to your JL?

I did not and I would not trust them to do it. I only use them for warranty work because the techs screw up way too often.
