Hi, would somebody show me how I can remove this piece that rest on the rear back seat, want to delete the rear seat but this thing is in the way, thanks

The whole thing is held down with these clips that you can just see circled in your picture. The clips run the length of the cover and you need to pull up to release them from the metal bracket underneath. If you have a pry tool it would help. Once you have it off you can loosen the bolts that hold the bracket and seat down.

I definitely used a pry bar to get it off when I installed my mopar cargo mat. Very hard to get off, but I didn't break or scratch anything and the cargo mats fit nicely.
