I have a 2018 JLS (Sport S) with the factory installed Towing and Aux Switch package. I want to use the aux switch 1 to power my ham radio. The switch is controlled by a 40 amp fuse that I want to replace with a 20 amp version. The problem I have is no one I have talked to (the dealer parts department and a couple of auto parts stores) has seen a fuse like this when I show it to them. The fuse is used in seven (7) locations in the fuse box (F26, F28, F29, F66, F92 aux switch 2, F93 aux switch 1, and F106). Can anyone help me identify what type of fuse this is so I can try to locate a 20 amp version?

That looks like it. I just ordered some so we'll see if they fit. Thank you!

Hmm, I'm no electrical expert by any means but have a look at this:
https://www.waytekwire.com/item/46601/Littelfuse-0695020-PXPS-Slotted-MCASE+/

In any case I believe it's a slotted mcase fuse if you want to google it. It's a little surprising the dealer can't find it for you.
This was the fuse I was looking for. Thank you so much!
I ended up getting them from TheElectricalDepot.com because I could order a smaller quanta (5). The down side is shipping was twice the cost of the fuses. Oh well, at least I have the fuse I was looking for.
Thank you again.

There's a "Swordfish" assortment on Amazon. They're not all M slot fuses but it looks like several are.

Thing is I try to avoid no-name Chinese fuses as they've been proven to blow at amperages wildly different than their ratings.

It looks like Littelfuse makes some M slots but I wasn't able to find any Bussmans. Wonder how we know if we're getting a quality fuse with M slots? Maybe I just suck at the internet and there are a lot of options I missed?
