Transfer case went out

have a 2018 Rubicon JL unlimited. has been great except last few times it has snowed and been put into four wheel drive, it felt like the gears slipped and it would go from 4H to 4L by itself, forcing me to pull over. The last time it was nearly impossible to get out of 4L and back into 2H. Took it to dealer and they said transfer case was shot. 5 days after dropping off the jeep, still waiting for transfer case as they wait for part. Anyone else having similar issues? the jeep only has 13k miles on it. Disappointing to say the least

Swapping a t-case is very simple, I wouldn’t stress to much about their competency for that repair
