I am looking to trade my premium soft top off 2019 Ocean Blue JLU for a hard top. Preferably painted body color, but black would be fine too. I would also like the sound dampening panels. Willing to throw in cash depending on top being offered. I am in Atlanta.

When I had my JK, I found someone local who wanted to trade his hard top for my soft top + $200. You will most likely find more people wanting to just sell instead of trade. Keep an eye out on the forum, Craigslist, and Facebook marketplace.

Keep in mind you probably don't have the wiring for the rear wiper, or plumbing for the rear window cleaner. You may already know this, just something to keep in mind.
