Trade in loaded 2019 JLU Sahara for 2021/22 still possible?

Just wondering if anyone here has been able to get good enough money on a trade in of an older model for a newer one and if its still viable. Kind of looking to see if I can get in a diesel and not take a bath on the old one.

Also any good dealer recommendations and how best to do that would be great. Im in NJ for reference.

I’d start by getting some quotes on your current Jeep from Carmax, Vroom, driveway, etc. to see what you’d get.

Chapman of Horsham (PA) would be reasonably close to you. You can check out this thread: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/update-under-invoice-with-dealersider.76339/ and see what kind of deal you can work out on a factory order diesel.
