Introducing the flow formed 17x9 Friction Double Beadlock.

• 17x9 with 4.5" Backspacing.
• We can customize your wheels however you like. The base wheel has a diamond machine finish. We can powder coat, paint match, mirror shine, brushed finish, anodized, and just about anything you can think of. If you have a desired finish to a wheel we can make it happen.
• This wheel uses a machined double bead lock insert to retain both beads.
• 1/2" Socket Cap screws and flange nuts for easily sourced hardware.
• Externally installed valve stems in case you knock one off on the trail. Easily replaceable.
• Simple o-ring for easy install.
• TPMS Compatible.

The diamond finished wheels are $574.95/ea shipped inside the United States. Additional finishes are extra depending on what we do.

A neat little detail. Our valve stems are all external. If you mess one up on the trail it is easily replaced without breaking the wheel down. As always... valve stems are included with your wheel purchase.

Had a few questions regarding what makes my wheel a double beadlock. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so this is it.

The double beadlock goes inside your tire before you mount up your wheel. That fully machined internal insert pinches both the inside and outside bead of the tire making sure the tire doesn't come off the wheel. This insert is machined specifically for this wheel making install simple. There is no way to get it wrong. We take the time to machine the insert so it can't get installed off center causing balancing issues.

Once the insert is inside your tire you simply mount up the wheel. We use at least grade 8 1/2" hardware with triple digit torque numbers so maintenance in the future is almost non existent.

Not like I’m too worried about it....but curious what’s the total weight? My IROKs haven’t burped the inner bead yet, but know it’s gonna happen. This is @ 11.5psi and they flex pretty good. I wanna take them down to single digits.

Nice YJ. There are minor variations depending on bolt pattern and the insert we use but right around 48 pounds. My first set of beadlocks years ago had your exact result with that same tire. I popped the inner bead off. The bead width was too wide for the bead hump.

A buddy I wheel with pops a bead once every time out (42” Treps). It resets easily, but kinda a ritual now.

Was wheeling the JL a little too hard, bought the YJ to really have fun.
