Tracking my new Rubicon

I tried to enter my VIN.....but I get an error that says "Invalid nickname". Can anyone help?

New Here, and not sure where this error is coming from, but I’m gonna take a guess that you were entering your VIN under the Track Existing tab, instead of the Track New tab and you haven’t created an order in the system.

As best as I can describe it, you have to ‘create’ your Jeep order under the Track New tab and add a nick name to the order for easier look up. If it finds your VIN in there than you can Trackn by your nick name.

Or you’re getting that error b/c the nick name you’ve chosen is already in use by a different VIN.
