Tracking delivery of a build with UConnect

Sorry if this has been answered before. I am trying to track the delivery of my build through uconnect, but can't get it to work. After logging in to the app with the email registered to mopar, I get a white screen with a message saying I have no active subscriptions. I have heard of others doing it and would appreciate any help. Thanks

FWIW, I’ve never heard of this being a thing. I've been on these forums for about 18 months and this would be the first I've heard of it. I scoured the forums pretty thoroughly as I was obsessed with trying to get updates several times per day when I ordered my JL.

Not saying that I have any knowledge to say it's not possible. I just didn't want you to sit without an answer. Hopefully you take delivery soon!
