Tracking Dealer Build?

Hello everyone,

I just placed an order from A dealer and have the VIN and VON. I tried connecting with Jeep chat and they told me that because it’s a dealer order I have to track it through my dealer?? Is this correct? Hope something isn’t wrong here.

If thats correct it sounds like the dealer didn't order it with Your name attached to it.

No, that's not correct. Get a POC from your dealer.
