The difference between C and E rated handling and fuel economy is so minuscule that is laughable people even see that as a consideration point. If anything, the price between them should be the main deciding factor. I'll rather have a tough and long lasting tire for 30 bucks extra on each tire. If stability is a concern, then just find a negative offset wheel. I handle better now on -6 offset with 34s than I did with +44 offset on 32s.
I would have never even thought about until reading posts here, I'll change them out sooner or later. I have a bad habit of changing tires and wheels more frequently than i do trucks.

Both the Toyo Open Country M/T and the Nitto Trail Grappler M/T are solid tires that work well for many. Either should work well for you depending on your needs.

Nitto is a sister company to Toyo. Let us know if we can help.
Thanks.

BTW, I met Bruce Halle when he supported (to the tune of $1.25M) a non-profit where I worked. In fact it was my particular program that he supported. I had just bought KM2s from his shop, and he seemed thrilled for my patronage. He also looked like he'd personally change a flat tire for you even though he was 81 at the time. A robust, physical solid, generous man.

RIP, Mr Halle.

Thanks.

BTW, I met Bruce Halle when he supported (to the tune of $1.25M) a non-profit where I worked. In fact it was my particular program that he supported. I had just bought KM3s from his shop, and he seemed thrilled for my patronage. He also looked like he'd personally change a flat tire for you even though he was 81 at the time. That is so awesome. I also had the pleasure to meet Mr Halle a few times. He had the ability to once he met you he remembered you. He always asked about your family and what he could do for you. He was the most kind, generous man I have ever met. We all miss him dearly but we carry on with all his sayings and philosophy of always taking care of our customers and doing the right thing.

Thank you for putting a smile on my face at the end of the day.

My KM3 have about 15k on them and even though they rotated regularly they are hard to keep balanced and like most MT are getting louder as the mileage goes up. MT are loud and anyone who says their MT aren't is lying. That said I've run KO, KM2 and KO2 besides the KM3 so I do like BFG.
I am about to pull the trigger on some new tires and want to try Nitto or Toyo this time around. I read on another site that the Toyo MT tends to have a radial right pull and that the Nitto MT tends to have a radial left pull. Can anyone support this?
Regardless, as I typically do, I'm going back to AT again this time around and pretty sure I'm getting the hybrid AT Nitto Ridge Grappler and will be from @Discount Tire

I once had a pressured steering stabilizer that made my Jeep pull. If I could remember which way it pulled, I could install the offsetting tires and track true. :)

I have the Nitto's Very quiet, Nikce round tire. I bought them because may tow a trailer. The sidewalls are very stiff. Airing them down to 32 makes ride exceptable.

My Nitto Trail Grapplers used to pull. That was about 8 years ago, I’d have hoped it was sorted by now.

Agreed. The Trail Grappler even more so.
I'm looking to mount the Trail Grapplers, 37- 12.5- 17 on a 9.5 wide rim, does anyone know how wide the actual-contact patche is on that tire once it's mounted up to the Jeep??
