Tow bar / Hitch for Bike a Rack

Hey all.
Looking for some Aussie specific recommendations. Trying to get a bike rack to carry two MTBs. I purchased a spare wheel mount one but that didn’t work because of the camera.
I have a pretty tight budget but not sure where to start with getting a tow bar or something installed. Is there something I can DIY? What have others done?
I saw on Amazon a kit for just over $100. Do these even work?
For reference I have the 19 Overland 2Dr.

I had a tow bar installed to my 2 Door by the dealer.

I have a Rola TX 103 bike rack. Best bike rack ever!

I will only carry 2 bikes at the most but the 3 bike carrier gives space between those bikes.
