Do yourself a favor and rent a Jeep for a few days. Drive it as you will normally drive, if it suits you, great, if not you’re not out a lot of $$. As for the 392, why? The 2.0 or 3.6 have all the power you will ever need in a Jeep and more than you’ll ever need off road. High horsepower, high center of gravity, short wheelbase with wonky handling...what could possibly go wrong
