I believe that’s the swaybar. In mopar part nomenclature, I’ve found stabilizer to refer to stabilizer bar (sway bar) and steering damper to refer to steering stabilizer. Besides there’s no reference to toe rod - all stabilizer references are only showing axle, frame, and link.

STEERING LINKAGE

Part |Nm |ft. lbs. | in. lbs. | Comments
Drag link inner nut (at pitman arm) | 105 | 77 | - |
Drag link outer nut (at steering knuckle) | 64 | 47 | - |
Drag link adjuster clamp | 46 | 34 | - |
Tie rod end nut (at steering knuckle) | 64 | 47 | - |
Tie rod end adjuster clamp | 46 | 34 | - |
Steering damper bolt (at axle) | 80 | 59 | - |
Steering damper nut (at tie rod) | 80 | 59 | - |
Steering damper bracket nut | 75 | 55 | - |

59 in. lbs ----->>>> 80 ft. lbs (if I understand well)

You interpreted that a little wrong:

The first set of numbers is under the "Nm" (newton meters) heading, which for the steering stabilizer is 59Nm. Nm is used for metric torque settings.

The second set of number is under the ft. lbs (foot pounds) heading, which is 80 ft. lbs.

There is no ( - ) torque spec for in. lbs. (inch pounds) listed.

But if you need to convert foot pounds/inch pounds, either multiply foot pounds by 12 to get inch pounds or divide inch pounds by 12 to get foot pounds.

OkT hanks a lot, It's true ..I hadn't really seen the first column .. (I was seeing Part number instead of Newton meter :) )

Part |Nm |ft. lbs. | in. lbs. | Comments
Steering damper bolt (at axle) | 80 | 59 | - |

but still not clear .. in this case Nm is above the 80 and the Ft. lbs. is 59

Isn't it?

I want to be sure because my wrench is in metric and I'm afraid to over torque the nuts.

You are correct. You're going to set your metric torque wrench to 80 Nm.

Can I revive an old thread? There's no way the little 13mm bolts going from the bracket into the axle are 55 ft lbs.

We’re talking about the steering stabilizer bracket that goes into the axle with 3 bolts right? They’re so tiny. You’d snap them or strip the bolt head trying to do 55 ft lbs on those.
