Is anyone here using torque pro and a Bluetooth OBD2 reader to monitor things like Regen status and soot load? I've seen some people using the scangauge to do it but I like the looks of torque pro better.
When my wife gets home with her Jeep tonight I will check to see if Torque Pro works. I've been meaning to do this for a while. I'll try to get some pics to share with a synopsis.
Well folks, I'm saying it's a bust. Looks like a few things were reporting correctly..
Coolant temp
Oil temp
Speedometer
Engine rpm's
Maybe a few other things that most likely no one would monitor
But the weird thing is this
The way I take all that ^^^, is it should work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Perhaps my adapter is the problem. I don't know. If a person already had a bluetooth adapter that would work I couldn't fault them for spending the $5 or $10 (whatever it costs) on Torque Pro to see if it works for them. But it sure as heck didn't work for me.
Could be something you contact them about and they make a few adjustments and then it functions beautifully......
What kind of adapter are you using? I may still take a chance on it later this year when I get my jeep. Thanks for looking into this, much appreciated.
