Took the tops off today! Bought the harken hoister roof hoist. If you have a hard top and don’t have a hoist but this one! So easy to take off and put back on! Will go topless more often now!

Looking for a hoist but just wondering... does this one require the back window to remain open? I live rurally and my garage is a garage only by the loosest of definitions (a small, 22x22, 100 year old pole building). I just hate to have the extra square footage for the dust & dirt to settle and the mice to run around on the window...

View attachment 270476 No, the window can close, I just didn’t pull it down before I lifted it. It will just close against the strap but won’t hurt it. I recommend this one as it’s not that expensive and easy to use. And it stores out of the way pretty well.
Good luck! View attachment 270476

Thanks... Out of curiosity, a little off topic but, although they look like black stock wheels, they appear to kick out a little farther. Are you using spacers and what kind of lift (if any) do you have?

See pics. Yes, slight lift and wheel spacers gave it a nice look!
