I did mine about the same day also. Figured out it’s better with a helper after I tried to remove the soft top myself and got my thumb slammed stuck between two of the rods when spring closed them together, and had to wait 15 minutes for my wife to get home to open up the bars. But I’m north of Portland so that’s a bit far from you!
