Mine would probably be the Active Safety Group. This is not to trash the feature, although I think all this safety equipment tends to make for lazy drivers who think that "turn your head in the direction you wish to take the vehicle before making that move" (be it backing up or lane change) is only for road tests.
If I had the feature I'd still glance over my left shoulder or look right before changing to faster or slower traffic lanes.
Your reason could be for anything, including the lack of need, or better deals to be had in the aftermarket. As to the latter, I might cite headliners--if you go that route--as an example.
