Researching a tool box/bag that will store under the rear seats. Then come up with a way to secure it. Anyone done something similar? Pictures would be awesome!

This seems like it has potential to carry most trail tools I'd want. Haven't measured under the back seat yet to see if i can fit this 24x10x10 bag under but love the form factor and capacity.

If that is too big maybe a 16" bag will fit..

I would definitely go with this one as well. However, I am waiting on the JL version, according to Dominion Offroad, the JL offers about an additional inch of clearance. It should be available by the end of the month as per this post: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...froad-products-thread.3558/page-3#post-382429.

Otherwise the JK version does look good on the JL. You may want to have a look at these 2 posts from paulr:

That’s actually where I saw them to begin with. Good to know they’re coming out with a JL version to better fit the new seats.

That Dominion bag looks awesome but appears to just be a cargo bag and not specifically a tool bag? I'll definitely add that to my wish list since I could easily find a use for that - like recovery gear. Unfortunately my wish list is long and $125 almost gets me the air compressor I want which is higher on the list for now.

My focus to start with is just a tool case. Boxes are cheap and likely fit well but will rattle more on trails so I'm leaning bag. I hate the weight but I like to carry a reasonably full set of tools. Next step is compile a list of tools.... exact sockets, sizes, etc.
