Will stock Rubicon LT285/70R17C BSW M/T tires fit on Pro Comp Wheels Series 7033 17x9?

Just be aware of the wheel offset as this will determine the fit at the fender. I'd shoot for zero to +10 offset if you don't want much of the tire poking outside the fender.

Sorry, don't know a lot about wheel sizing but these are showing a -6 spacing, would that mean a space is required to about rubbing?

The less positive (or more negative) the offset is the more the wheel will move out from the fender. A -6 isn't too bad in that regard but your tire will poke out about 2" from their current state.
Here's a site that I plugged the #s in for you, the right column would be the new wheel set.
