So, I have a 2021 JLUS 6MT that I've just regeared to 4.56. After I break in the front differential I am going to put new tires on it. What is the maximum size I should go with factory wheels and the 2" Mopar lift which netted me about 3.5" on my very stock JLUS.

My unpopular answer would be 33-34 inches. I'm running 32s with 4.56 on my 6MT right now. If I were going to go to 35s, I would have regeared to 4.88. Deep low end gearing is so much better.

I was all-in on 35's for a while but have warmed up to 34's. Any specific tire size that would get me 34's without rubbing with the Mopar lift? Right now my Jeep looks a bit naked with stock tires and the Mopar lift. :)

Keep in mind I choose tire sizes for performance. Others disagree and like to put on large, heavy tires. There are really only two sizes in this range to consider:

34x10.5R17 is 33.5" (oddball size, only KO2 & Toyo A/T III)
285/75R17 is 34.0" (lots of choices)

Most 35" tires are 34.5" anyway, so it's actually only a half inch difference.

Unfortunately, 3.5" lift is really probably too high to make even 35" tires look good. I think the lift is a major problem in this case. It really is a lift amount that justifies 37" tires, but your gearing doesn't. You could remove the Mopar lift and sell it, and swap on Rubicon fenders and run 285/75R17. Or put on Rubicon springs for ~1.5" lift and run the same tires.

Sounds like I need some more accessories. :)

EDIT: I actually like the height, just the stock A/T tires look like roller skate wheels.

True, get yourself nice ARB bumpers (front and rear) and winch, etc., and you'll help it a bit.

The 3.5" lift won't look bad with 35s, especially with the lower fenders. We ran the stock 35s with 3.5" metalcloak springs on our 2022 xr while we were waiting for the 39s to come in.

Yes, stock ko2s on the xr. The bump towers were severely limiting uptravel and the stock shocks limit downtravel so changes came early. Started with 2" spacers and longer bilstein 5100s within the 1st thousand miles. Ran it like that for 20k miles and then went to 3.5" springs and 39s. Didn't look bad with the 3" or 3.5" over a stock rubicon with 35s and that's with high clearance fenders. I don't think a sport would look bad that way as a permanent solution.

Here is my wife's JT Mojave with a Mopar lift and Nitto Trail Grappler 295/75R-17 tires (~ 34" tires). I think it looks fine.

I have a Sport with the mopar 2" lift (netted more actual lift) and the stock Rubicon wheels. Do you know if there would be issues with rubbing at full turn? The Sport has narrower axles and my concern is that there may not be enough clearance.

Here is my 2021 Willys on the Mopar 2” lift with 35 x 11.5 on the stock rims.

Tires are Nitto Recon Grappler in 35x11.5 r17 on stock rims. They are Load C. No rubbing / no issues. I really like them. Smooth and quiet compared to the Destination Mud Terrains that came on my JLUW

I think you'd be fine, but I don't have any experience with the sport axles. Worst case you could add a set of 1.5" wheel spacers. We run them on ours with stock wheels and 39x12.50s.
