I'm assuming no, but can't hurt to ask.

Just picked up a screw in a tire and it went flat. Looks to be a hopefully easy patch. Is there any coverage under jeep wave or anything that covers a flat repair by default?

I didn't buy any of the extra warranty stuff, so I'm assuming this isn't something that's covered, but like I said, can't hurt to ask. :)

thanks.

You could be driving your brand new JL home from the dealership the day you bought it and picked up a screw in a tire... even then, that repair or tire replacement is not something covered by new vehicle warranty, Wave, etc..

That will be on your dime if indeed the tire is repairable. Good chance the tire will have to be replaced.

I’m think you can add road hazard coverage to tires at discount on a new vehicle. Don’t hold me to it,but I think you can

Sounds good, I already took it to a tire place before waiting for this answer, so actually happy there wasn't a covered option.

discount tire really damaged my pickup, I won't go back there EVER.

stripped and busted off my studs and stripped out my lugs cause the guy used air wrench on the lugs without finger threading them first. Then they refused to cover the damage other than the ones they completely snapped off.

Was a very unpleasant and expensive experience.

From the first set of aftermarket wheels I bought from them in the 90's I always give instruction to ONLY use hand tools. Impact guns don't belong when mounting fresh wheels unless the tech is just a lazy bastard.

You are a smarter person than me.

I'd never had any issues with them before, then this happened and Discount refused to stand behind what their tech had done or make it right.

Your experience just seems out of the ordinary when I compare my history. I've lost count of how many wheels and tires I've purchased there. I've had a couple trips that ended with broken studs. They always have a near by shop that replaces the broken stud(s) with the charge back to DT. Best of luck for YOU!
