IMO it's the nature of the beast with mud terrains. Sometimes the tread blocks vary in stiffness and the soft ones wear quicker than others around them. MT look cool and I tried MT once but now will only use AT.

I have the full MetalCloak 2.5" GameChanger Suspension. I thought they replaced the stock ball joints with their Duroflex™ Joints

I rotate every 7500, but have always used that interval. i have to wonder if it is these tires. They also suffer from "radial draw".
I've heard for mud tires you need to rotate every 3000 to prevent cupping. For all terrains I do 5000.

Not ball joints, they are fine. I will get a set of A/T Nittos or Falkens and move on...

You're gonna roll the dice and assume the problem is in your tires and not your suspension? If you do then make sure you look for cupping in a few thousand miles. No need to fully trash another set if it's really something wrong elsewhere.

It is hardly "rolling the dice" The Metal Cloak Game Changer is a first rate suspension. The components are in excellent condition. Control arms, bushings, steering are all as tight as can be. There are no noises of any kind coming from it.

Hopefully you'll pay slightly more attention to potential cupping next iteration. You don't look at / glance at your tires every time you air up / down?

It sucks that the 37" version of their KO3s won't be out until something like 2026.

You have to rotate often to keep agressive tires in check. I learned the hard way.
Funny,
I have 37/13.5 R18 Toyo Open Country A/T's on my quad cab F350, they have 40k on them and I have never rotated them and they are fine, still quiet and not cupped.

A/T tires are alot more forgiving than an M/T.

To be safe I will rotate my new A/T's every oil change., really that is about every 8 or 9 months.

Rotate all five. It's foolhardy to just do four and miss out on ~20% of your treadwear.

For what it's worth cupped tires is almost always a shock issue. The shock's job is to not only absorb the initial impact, but to also help the tire rebound back onto the road surface.

A worn shock may absorb the impact fine enough but not have enough stiffness to properly rebound it. If you're running 28 psi there's a very real chance you haven't noticed the worn shocks due to the tires themselves absorbing a significant amount of road impacts.

Replace your shocks. They last maybe 40k-60k miles at most, especially with larger tires. Just because they aren't leaking doesn't mean they aren't worn. If you've ever noticed the factory XR packages come with some seriously beefy shocks, and those are 35s.
