looking to start buying tires, wheels and lift for my 19 sahara. I don’t do any hard off roading, mostly tootling around on logging and side roads. I like the look of a beefy tire and I want 35’s or would I need 37’s with that size lift? What size wheels would look food?? So many questions lol
Can I get a 2.5” lift and still be ok with my warranty? Can you recommend one and also is it a better idea to have my jeep dealer install everything?
Thank you.
These are the wheels I want( choosing between the matt black and machined matt black) my jeep is granite.

With a Sahara, a 2.5” lift paired with 35’s would look good and do any of the trails you describe.

Those wheels look nice. I went with Fuel wheels also. They are 20” with TOYO Open Country AT’s 35X12.50R20LT.

Put them on our ‘20 Sahara w/ 2.0L.

I don’t plan on doing any big time trails either so I went with the 2” Mopar Lift. I know that this will start a debate which is fine but, I had driven others with the same setup and engine size done by the same folks (Bob Poynter Jeep in Seymour, IN) and they rode great.

So instead of going high end I went simple to start with. Our Jeep rides well and looks sharp if I must say so.

It’s my daily driver. Driving has always been enjoyable but, now driving is FUN again!!!!

I have already had it on a good mix of road conditions. Interstate, highways, city and backroads. Was in Eastern TN the first part of last week. Current average mpg 21.5. I run Shell 87 octane.

I will be traveling to Southern, ON Canada all of next week with the Jeep. Looking forward to the drive.

Good luck!!!!

This is 17 inch Fuel Beast wheels in 35 inch tires. It is a sport S with a Mopar 2.5 and I am pleased with the everything about it. Now this works for me and probably would for most but do your homework before you buy, mod regrets run wild around here.

2.5 and 35 is great on a Sahara. If you want a 37 I would look at 4”

I do think you will be happy with 35’s. It’s clean and won’t effect your daily driving expectations much.

Looking forward to seeing what you end up getting.

Throwing in my Sahara + 35 KO2 on Rubi wheels sitting on Mopar 2" lift (more like 3")

Gives you an idea:

That's a 3.5" Rancho lift with 35s on a Sahara. This was installed by a custom shop, not the dealership. The dealership recommended that I go with the Mopar lift, but that's not what I wanted. I wasn't considering going to 37" tires, but Rancho does not recommend going above 35" even on the 3.5" lift.
