Done! I'm sold, I've been going back and forth between these and the 285/75/17 for two weeks. I just picked up a Sting-Gray 4xe. So you're running the stock +44 offset correct?Nope, no lift or wheel spacers.
Factory OE 4xe wheels, not sure what the offset is. The BFGs run a little smaller than some other brands. If you get something like a Toyo or something that runs a bit true to size, you may get some rubbing.Done! I'm sold, I've been going back and forth between these and the 285/75/17 for two weeks. Here’s the link to the wheel. What wheel and offset are you running?
Going back a long way... How did the 315/70/17's work out for you after all this time? Considering doing the same thing to my 2024 Rubicon XAny issue putting a 315/70/17 on our stock/optional rubicon wheels at 7.5 wide? I don't want to lift mine until the warranty is up and I like the wheels.
Thank you for that... very much!Worked fine no problems. I decided to put an AEV 2.5 XP on and go 37s about 8 months ago.
Then in your case, I’d consider 305/70r17. They are considered a 34. So would look less stuffed on a stock Rubicon, would fit your stock wheels and as a bonus, less impact on gearing.Any issue putting a 315/70/17 on our stock/optional rubicon wheels at 7.5 wide? I have those also in 7.5, got a great deal on FB Marketplace for a grand for all 5…. Who or how,did you do the color match? Running the KO3’s in 315/70-17. No lift.i am pretty sure they are. They are the Mopar 17 inch wheels with bead lock capability. I knew when I got my Jeep that I wanted to color match the rings. I never even bothered with looking at other wheels lol. But yes, they are expensive.
I had the dealership do it. I’m assuming they sent them over to the body shop, but they took a panel off the Jeep and the rings and had them done. Truly you can bring them to anyone who does powder coating and they should be able to help you out.I have those also in 7.5, got a great deal on FB Marketplace for a grand for all 5…. Wow aren't the new KO3s in the 315 size a load range F? How do they ride?I have those also in 7.5, got a great deal on FB Marketplace for a grand for all 5…. Who or how,did you do the color match? Running the KO3’s in 315/70-17. No lift.
IMHO, they ride excellent. Before I got them, I saw the posts on the F rating about how bad they would be, but it hasn't proven to be the case. F2 rides very well…. Again, YMMV.Wow aren't the new KO3s in the 315 size a load range F? How do they ride?
That is a sweet setup!!!I had the dealership do it. I’m assuming they sent them over to the body shop, but they took a panel off the Jeep and the rings and had them done. Truly you can bring them to anyone who does powder coating and they should be able to help you out.
