the way i was going to do mine it would have looked good. the plan was to change the front fender also go to one that fits that wheel/tire combo instead of leaving the stock fender.
but, i dont have to worry about it because i wrecked it and its gone. soooooo for now, focus on the jeep.
Then I certainly hope you got the “21’s” idea out of your head 😁

I live in SW FLA, flat as a pancake. After reading some of your other posts, I started to pay closer attention to the temps. Oil and water remain consistently between 190 and 205 degrees (Ambient upper 90’s). AC on all the time (cooling fan engaged).
One time during the ‘Winter’ (60’s outside), I drove without AC and while sitting in line, I watched the temp creep up to 228. Way beyond my comfort zone. So I’m making it a habit to keep the AC on all the time.
I am glad you shared this information.
I here time and time again how there Wrangler never gets above 200 205 and it must be because they run there A/C all the time.
Out here in the west we have a lot of hill and mild days and are not running the A/C and that's when we see the high temps.
It was about 2 years ago at Lake Tahoe 70s out side climbing long hill when I noticed my temps at 234 and climbing.
That's when started looking for a fix and found the RPM Extreme JL fan controller. NO MORE HIGH TEMPS.
Thanks

Alright, I'm going to apologize for piling on the crap you got here. My sincere apologies as I should not have joined in. We're not all a-holes, just join in and tease back.

So you're a 5 tire guy then Roky?
Hate to jump in without reading all 20 pages on Sunday morning waiting for a hurricane in FL but ….,

5 tire rotations and 5,000 miles oil changes. Why? Because it’s a Pentstar that’s why!

And 3.6x5 = 18 whereas 2.0x5 = 10. So the 3.6 is better right??

Swap in the 2.0 would fix it too
Oh Please! I bought a brand new 2021 Sahara and that I4 blew a head gasket in the first 10K miles with light driving by my wife. Taking delivery tomorrow of a Willys with the V6. Should of put that in the Sahara. Got rid of that Sahara after a year and the aggregation of the dealer having it for 12 weeks to replace a head gasket...I no longer trust the I4.....

I had the opposite experience. Wifes 2019 3.6 blew head gasket at just over 50k miles and 11 weeks to replace engine. My 2021 2.0 going strong at 50k miles. Its all a big crap shoot.

That's always an option for those whose brain refuses to allow them to admit that they might have been wrong.

Think he's already created a new account?

If (like me) you post something dumb and it’s pointed out, a simple follow up reply of “Doh!” or a slightly longer reply of “LOL you’re right, I‘m a dumbass” usually does the trick. Or you can refuse to say you were wrong and cry that people are mean.

I was reading about the issues with metal inside the 3.6 . I have a 2018 jl unlimited with the 3.6. I would like to know the mileage of the first oil change and all after that, also was the engine broken in properly. I would like to hear feedback from the people who have had this issue with their 3.6
