So this piece popped off the other night as I was loading the back. Seems to be somewhere on the back driver side. The piece has a lightening bolt & windshield washer icon on it. See pic:

Ahh thanks for the pic. So that hook for the washer tube stays unused unless the top is off, correct?

Exactly. When you remove washer tube and electrical plug from top to remove you slide them in the connector to hold.
