That strikes me as being as effective as writing "Fragile, this side up," on packages you mail.
I don't disagree, but I've not had any issues with dealer service depts. since adopting that M.O.

Now, as for shipping damage when using UPS and FedEx, that's a whole 'nother thread...

Broke both on my 2 JK's and the JL seems to be pretty much as crappily built
First one had a huge crack with just 33"s and the second the lugs came loose on 2 and the 3rd trapped the lug and nut to the spare, fortunately I wasn't on the side of the road
And people think the rear hinges are bad......

Looking at the threads and the rust that is not impact wrench damage. That is rot and rust.
I agree. The lug nut likely rusted itself on there.
